Make potato wedges
Peel the potatoes and cut in fours
Cut the onions into half-rings
Boil the potatoes until soft and not soggy*
Put a pinch of salt when boiling
Drain the water after boiling the potatoes
On a pan, fry the onions with 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil. Fry until almost golden brown.
Put coconut cream depending on the amount of sauce you want.
Add 1/2 a cup of water to get a creamy sauce
Serve the drained potatoes on a casserole dish and pour the onion coconut cream on top.
